Hi, I’m Penny!


I am a fully qualified Mat and Reformer Pilates Instructor, Barre Instructor and Personal Trainer based in South East London. I have also recently qualified as an Ariel Yoga instructor! I work with people of all ages and have a lot of experience with a number of issues such as:

Back pain

Rehabilitation – recovering from injuries or operations

Pre and Post Natal fitness

Exercising with Osteoporosis

Weight loss

Improving general cardio fitness and strength
