Hi, I’m Penny!
I am a fully qualified Mat and Equipment Pilates Instructor, Barre Instructor and Personal Trainer based in South East London. I work with people of all ages and have a lot of experience with a number of issues such as:
Rehabilitation – recovering from injuries or operations
Pre and Post Natal fitness
Exercising with Osteoporosis
Improving general cardio fitness and strength
I am excited to start up my new business both online and in person offering a range of classes and one to one sessions to help as many people as possible stay active and healthy in these difficult times! I offer a friendly and supportive service where everyone is welcome and I look forward to being a part of your fitness journey.
**Covid secure face to face sessions are available. Equipment is thoroughly disinfected before and after use, please bring hand sanitiser for yourself and a face mask**
