Tailored pre and post natal pilates sessions are incredibly important to keep your body in the best possible condition throughout pregnancy and to aid recovery after giving birth. 

Pre-natal sessions will help to:

  • Maintain current level of strength as much as possible

  • Keep the body moving in a safe way during pregnancy

  • Put the foundations in place to aid recovery post partum

  • Give you confidence and help you to feel comfortable

  • Reduce the risk of back pain

Post-natal sessions will help to:

  • Safely work abdominal muscles to re-build core strength and stability

  • Improve general fitness

  • Build functional strength

  • Improve posture

  • Release tension

  • Get you back to feeling you!

One to one sessions can be online via Zoom, or in person.
