Penny's Mat Pilates classes are open to all levels, and combine a mixture of strengthening, stretching and mobilising, leaving you feeling amazing! FACE TO FACE GROUP CLASS

STRETCH

This 30 minute class will stretch your entire body from head to toe! Suitable for everyone, this is a great class to take after doing a high intensity class, or just for a lovely stretch if you've been feeling stiff!

HIIT 20

This class is designed to make you sweat! 20 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training, strengthening all areas of the body as well as improving your cardio fitness. Suitable for all as low impact variations are given. If you are suffering with an injury please get in touch with Penny before booking this class.

QUICK ABS

These classes are just 8, 10 or 15 minutes long but will definitely leave you sweating! Working all of your abdominal muscles and improving your core strength. Team this up with a mat Pilates class to really get that core working hard!

BARRE CONCEPT

Barre combines the precision of Pilates with the technique of ballet, the alignment of yoga and the strength from sports conditioning.  The combined elements of the different methods fuse to form a challenging and exciting workout, which stretches and sculpts the muscles, whilst burning fat.

HOW IT WORKS!

Visit my On Demand Video Library to purchase individual classes from just £5, or join up for a Membership Plan and have unlimited access to all classes, any time for just £25 a month. There is no cancellation fee, and no minimum period.

If you choose membership, you will be given a password that will give you access to all pre-recorded video classes. New classes are uploaded weekly!

The password is changed every month and will be sent to you as long as your subscription continues.
