Enjoy this 20 minute low impact HIIT workout with no jumping - perfect if you have issues with your joints but still want a good workout that will make you sweat. I am using a set of 3kg dumbbells for this one - if you don't have these at home you can use bottles of water or tins of food - whatever you can find around the house!

20 Minute full body HIIT workout using Dumbbells and Kettle Bell. If you don't own any weights at home, try one of my other Body Weight HIIT workouts, or use household objects as a substitute! Litre bottles of water work well as dumbbell replacements, or for a lighter weight, try tins of soup. Enjoy!

20 Minute full body high intensity interval training workout. You will just need a mat and if you have one, a small pilates ball (which can be substituted for a cushion or rolled up towel). If you don't have any of these to hand, don't worry, you can still do this workout without them! This session contains high impact jumping movements.
